John Cena Workout Routine

These questions are asked to us all the time, “How can I look as big as the WWE Superstars?” “How can I look as big as John Cena?” “I wish I had John Cena’s arms!” I could go on and on and on with the questions I get, but we’d be here all day. We get this asked to us so much!

But is it really that strange to expect people to ask this question? After all, you only have to look at the builds of guys like Batista and John Cena to see a body of muscularity– A body that can rival Greek gods, one that 99% of you readers would be happy to have. And I’d say a fair amount of the females reading would also be happy to have as well (Though, I assure you for a completely different reason to most of the men).

Now let’s have a look at John Cena’s bulging biceps (thought I was going to say something else then, didn’t you?). Actually, to be fair we should be talking about his triceps, as they are bigger than 95% of the population, I personally feel his chest, and upper back lack slightly, especially in comparison to those arms of his.

What we need to look at is the commitment level of these guys. If these guys can work House Shows, travel 5-6 days of the week, and STILL keep these amazing bodies, surely you can eclipse them or at the very least, equal them. Whether you want a body like John Cena, HHH, The Rock, Shawn Michaels, John Morrison, Beth Phoenix, Chyna, Kelly Kelly. We are here to help you reach your goals and get the body of your dreams. (Hopefully that body is not the Big Show’s mind you! No disrespect to gentle giant.)

But I guarantee all of you have the ability to get a body like John Cena’s. What will it take? Hard work, of course. Commitment, desire, passion, eating a lot of the RIGHT food, good supplements, and of course, a great weight lifting routine!

What is stopping you from reaching such an incredible display of muscle, power and strength? A good diet, and hard work in the gym is a must. However, if you can dedicate a good amount of time to it, if you’ve got everything right, there’s no reason YOU, the average guy cannot get as big as Batista, John Cena– Or even bigger.

Perhaps that isn’t what you want, you may say. “I want to be as lean as John Morrison or Randy Orton!” That, too, is equally possible. If you don’t believe me, just have a look at some old photos of them. Look how they got DRAMATIC results in such a short time.

This was because they knew EXACTLY what they were doing, and that’s what you will learn here.
